Ingredients
  • grapefruit[s]
  • a couple teaspoons of ginger and/or cinnamon
  • honey
  • banana or strawberry slices, optional
  • brown sugar, optional
Instructions
  1. Cut grapefruit[s] in half.
  2. Using a paring knife, segment the grapefruit so it will be easier to spoon out after cooking.
  3. Sprinkle grapefruit with ground ginger and/or cinnamon.
  4. Drizzle honey on grapefruit.
  5. Add banana or strawberry slices on top [optional]
  6. Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until grapefruit is slightly browned.
Notes
For a sweeter taste, add brown sugar. Yellow grapefruit tends to be more sour than ruby red grapefruit.
