At Nephesh Pilates, you will feel relaxed at our 2020 Hurley Way #310 location with it’s beautiful coy pond and many gorgeous growing trees. Our private room looks out onto a peaceful stream of water with multiple ponds. Clients tell us how grateful they are to have a Pilates studio with such a relaxing environment.
As a new client, you will first be received by Doreen who will put you into contact with the Nephesh Pilates department. Audrey who manages Nephesh Pilates will determine which instructor best suits your needs. You can also make a special request to be seen by any of our 6 instructors.
At Nephesh Pilates in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento, you will have access to the Trapeze-Cadillac, Allegro Reformer, Reformer with Half Trapeze, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Combo and Exo Chair, Mat, and Ball.
